If you had an emergency contraceptive pill within 12-15 hours of intercourse, you are usually protected. It's common to experience changes in your period after taking the pill. Wait for your next period; if it's late or abnormal, do a pregnancy test. Also, using regular birth control methods is important to prevent pregnancy in the future.

Pregnancy happens when the sperm meets the egg. You can worry when your periods do not come, but other things like stress, changes in your body, or the pills you take can make your periods late. If you are still worried, you should take a pregnancy test to be sure. You should talk to your gynecologist about other ways to not get pregnant in the future.

You told us about your timeline and symptoms. The bleeding you have could be a side effect of taking the emergency pill. The emergency pill can make your bleeding not regular. To know if you are pregnant, it is important to take a pregnancy test. Based on your medical history, you should talk to a gynecologist. They can give you advice for your case.

Major events like the death of a loved one or tests at school can upset a girl's period cycle. When you feel worried or nervous, the hormones in your body get out of balance. This makes her period come at different times than usual or not come at all that month. To help, you should try deep breaths, exercise, fun activities, and talking about her feelings. After the stress goes away, your period will probably go back to normal.

Fibroadenomas are growths in the breast that are not cancer. You may feel a lump or see changes in breast shape. These lumps happen when gland and tissue cells grow too much. Most times, no treatment is needed if the lump does not grow or hurt. Keep seeing your gynecologist for further solutions.

The Unwanted 72 pill helps stop pregnancy when taken within 12 hours after sex. It works by stopping egg release or blocking sperm and egg from joining. But having sex again soon after the pill may make it less effective. Although there's still a small chance of pregnancy, it's best not to take another pill without a doctor's advice. Look out for signs like missed periods, feeling sick, or sore breasts. If you notice any, talk to a gynecologist right away.

Many women have small sacs full of fluid on their ovaries. These are called chocolate cysts. The cysts you noted, 49*46 and 39*35, are mid-sized. Hormone changes in the body often cause chocolate cysts. It is important to see your gynecologist regularly to check on the cysts. If the signs get worse, surgery may help fix the problem.

You might be pregnant, but there could be other reasons too. The bleeding and missed period could be from stopping birth control pills. The cramping and spotting might be due to hormone changes. To know if you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test. Remember, stress can also change your cycle, so stay calm. If symptoms continue or you worry, get help from a gynecologist.

Some blood after a c-section is normal. The bleeding may stop for a bit and then start again. This happens when the uterus squeezes. But if the bleeding gets really heavy or you feel dizzy or weak, call your gynecologist right away. Rest up and avoid hard work or heavy lifting.

Bleeding during early pregnancy can happen sometimes. It is called implantation bleeding. Your other symptoms like tiredness can also mean you are pregnant. The best way to know is to take a pregnancy test. These tests look for a special hormone in your urine. You can get them at any drugstore. No matter the result, talk to a gynecologist. They can check if you are pregnant.

Can Vitamin C and Iron Reduce Heavy Periods?

Heavy menstruation occurs when you bleed excessively over your period. As it is, vitamin C with iron supplements can be what you need, but they may not directly reduce weight. Your body works better with iron and vitamin C to produce more red blood cells. These periods will make you lose a lot of iron thus the importance of this mineral. If they don't stop being so heavy, talk to a gynecologist.
