Trigeminal nerve pain can have many causes, such as dental problems, trauma, infections, tumors, and sinus issues. A possible contributing factor to your symptoms is a small retention cyst in your maxillary sinus. A further evaluation by an ear, nose, and throat (ENT)specialist is recommended.
