What causes sudden sharp pain at the back of the head for a few seconds?
There is a sudden sharp and unbearable pain on the back of my head for a very short time for about 5-10 secs and then everything becomes normal except the heaviness and slight streching kind of pain on the sides of my head, this sudden pain happens 6-7 times a day nd it's very painful feels like something is triggering from inside and the pain originates from back of my head nd feel like the sensation is moving forward, within this the pain vanishes What actually is this

This can be a sign of a primary headache disorder called Occipital Neuralgia. You should visit a neurologist for good diagnosis and treatment.
