Blood Transfusions and IV Bruises
Recently had 3 blood transfusions during a short stay at the hospital. I have a bruise line on the opposite arm from an iv at the hospital 2 days prior that was in for a few hours. In the other arm, the had the iv for 3 days straight, that vein has hardened a bit. I have been breathing a small amount heavier than when I was released a week ago.

After BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS, bruising and vein damage are common. Heavy breathing may indicate low oxygen levels. Check with your doctor regarding your symptoms.
