Is my kidney function affected post-heart failure?

Patient had heart failure. Her creatinin is 0.5, urea 17, bp 84/56, ejection fraction after heart failure is 41%. Water restricted to 1.5 litres daily. Urine output low. Is patients kidney functioning well? Any possibility for ckd?

The lab test results of a high creatinine and urea value along with low urinary output may suggest a degree of kidney dysfunction. For a further evaluation and appropriate management, I would consider the consultation of a nephrologist.
