It is alarming to you that your problem with your throat while talking and singing is chronic. This demonstrates probably an infection of the throat or vocal strain. There is no substitute for a specialist examination. I would recommend visiting an ENT specialist who will be able to analyze your vocal cords and determine the real cause of your symptoms.
