My wife is 39 years old and having high BP ranging between 130-165. She recently got the few testings done along with ultrasound. Her creatinine came as 1.97. In ultrasound reports, her rights kidney was shrinken by 3 cm approx and left kidney by 1 cm approx. She has no symptoms of any pain. Please suggest as what should be the treatment to be followed.

Consult with a nephrologist or internal medicine specialist for your wife's personalized treatment. High bp may require lifestyle changes and medication. The elevated creatinine level and kidney changes seen in the ultrasound need careful evaluation to determine the underlying cause and manage it.
