Is it Safe to Take Turmeric with Black Pepper for Joint Pain While on HRT and Escitalopram?
I'm on hrt and escitalopram. Just wondering can I take tumeric with black pepper for joint pain

Yes, you may use turmeric and black pepper for joint pain. Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory and black pepper improves the bioavailability of turmeric. The combination of this with HRT or escitalopram does not appear to be dangerous. But, like any new supplement or medication it is important to discuss with your doctor before including this in your regimen.
