I'm 33 years old, 5'2, 195lb, I take levothyroxine. I have a shooting pain left side going down left leg for a week and it continues. It hurts lying down, rolling over, sitting up, standing up, walking. It feels better when I sit, the longer I sit the better it gets. Not walking on my injure side helps. I have to sleep in a chair because lying down is uncomfortable. Can you help me?
General Physician

It could be related to issues like sciatica or a pinched nerve. It's crucial to consult a professional doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. Sciatica, a herniated disc, or spinal stenosis might be causing the discomfort. Consider seeking medical attention for evaluation, managing pain with ice/heat and pain relievers, maintaining good posture, and avoiding activities that worsen the pain.
