Why do I experience dizziness and vomiting while walking short distances?
I suffer from dizziness after walking even few meters. Also I suffer from vommiting at that time.

Dizziness and vomiting after even a slight walk could indicate a vestibular disorder or an inner ear problem. It will be better to refer to an ENT specialist for further diagnosis and treatment. Do not attempt self-diagnosis and visit the doctor as soon as possible.
