Is my headache lasting 4 days with migraines normal?
I have had a headache for 4 days now and 2 out of the 4 days have been migraine like headaches

Migraines can be very hard. They often come with throbbing pain in your head. You may feel sick to your stomach. Light and sounds make it worse. Not enough sleep and stress can cause migraines. Some foods can start them too. Make sure you eat good stuff. Drink lots of water. Get lots of rest. If headaches keep happening, talk to a doctor.
