I have a tender hard bump on the left side back of my head for a few days. It came all of a sudden and only feels tender when I touch it. Thought maybe it was a swollen lymph node but not sure. What do you think?

It may be a swollen lymph node, cyst, boil, result from trauma, or be a lipoma. Consult a doctor for proper check up.
