Frequent headaches may have multiple causes like stress, lack of sleep, and dietery changes are few among them. However, it is recommended to seek medical advice to rule out any underlying medical condition. Please visit your general physician or neurologist. Depending on the observation, they may advise you to undergo an MRI or CT scan to diagnose the cause of your headaches.
