Perhaps what you are feeling is what is known as formication - a condition in which one has the subjective sensation of being crawled or bitten by some creature. It could be caused by many other medical conditions, such as anxiety, diabetes, or neurological disorders. I recommend that you should go see a dermatologist or a medical neurologist for further diagnosis.
