How to Soothe Sore Throat and Swallowing Pain?
I am having soar throat since morning, pain while swallowing the food. no fever no cough no spots , I am doing salt water gargle and steam , is there anything I can try and how long will it take to heal

You may be dealing with pharyngitis, which is the inflammation of the pharynx. It is advised you see an ENT specialist for a diagnosis and a proper medical plan. In the meantime, you should keep doing your throat salt water gargle and steam, and avoid eating spicy or sour foods.
