i am applying Candid mouth paint is on him nose pls say this is harmful or not

Candid mouth paint is not meant for the nose. The paint irritates nose tissues. You may feel burning. You might sneeze. You could have trouble breathing. Don't put mouth paint in your nose. If you did, rinse with water gently. That's safer.
