Should I be concerned about a painful, pea-sized lump below my ear after an ear infection?

I am a 19 year old female. I have had an infection in my ear the last couple of days and experienced pain around my ear this afternoon I realized that I have a hard pea sized lump right below my ear thats painful and now I am concerned.
