What causes high creatinine levels?

I am 41 years of age (Male), 5"11 height and 74 kgs of weight. I exercise regularly, non smoker / I consume Alcholol ocassioanaly. I consume non veg meals including red meats sometimes. My Creatinine levels have always been on the higher side for the last 10 years. it ranges between 1.10 to 1.85 (highest). My Uric acid level have been ranging between 4.50 to 7.10 (highest / recent blood test report). I have been doing my blood tests regularly for the last 10 years, hence I have these numbers. What could the reason be for such high creatinine levels.

Your medical record indicates that your elevated creatinine may be due to dehydration, high protein diet, kidney infection, or kidney disease. It is advisable that you see a nephrologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. It is necessary to tackle this situation immediately to avoid more harm to your kidneys.
