What are the best treatments for Dysthria, panic attacks, and nerve pains?
i am 38 years male suffering from Dysthria. i am a lecturer but since last 3 years suffering from panic attacks and nerve pains. when i try to speak continuously feeling like sound is not coming. please guide me for treatment.

You should seek the help of a neurologist or speech therapist for Dysthria treatments. It is a disorder that impinges on your speech. You can seek help from a psychiatrist as they can help you to overcome your panic attacks
