I am 15 year old girl and using long looks capsule .Is long looks capsule increases height?

Like other height increasing supplements, the effectiveness of Long Looks capsules has not been endorsed scientifically. Height is also largely genetically inherited, but after a certain age around when the puberty ends, further height increase will be very improbable. Before taking supplements, consult with a pediatrician or an endocrinologist because they may not be safe especially at your age and discuss what realistic expectations you can have about growth and height.

"As" per your clinical history is concerned there is no medications which can increase your height, do regular exercise to increase your height and after age 17 your height will not increase at all. long look height capsule. its important to know that height increasing supplements or capsules like long look height capsule or any other as such should be approached with caution.
