Hello Sir, my mother aged 67 is getting high fever every night(which disappears during the day) since 2 months. All the tests came negative except for Toxoplasma Igg(reactive 9.45) and cytomegalovirus cmv igg(reactive 6.15). She is in my native place. Please suggest the right course of treatment. Thank you.
