Hello, I smoked meth today around 4:00pm. Since then, my heart rate has been between 125-150bpm. At 8:00pm, I felt a little bit of anxiety creeping up so I took my prescribed hydroxyzine. At midnight I took my prescribed trazodone for sleep. I’m wondering what I can do to get my heart rate back to baseline and what I can do regarding my sleep. I’m a bit worried from taking the hydroxyzine and trazodone so close together.
