The pain in your upper back might be from sitting too long or having bad posture; the heel is probably hurting because you’re wearing shoes that don’t fit well. The right breast also hurts sometimes if you’ve pulled a muscle or it’s inflamed. Take some time off and use ice packs or heating pads if necessary. I am a 26 year old female I’ve been having muscle pain just below my clavicle bone accompanied with shoulder and neck pain. Also,a pressure builds up in my neck that causes frequent neck cracking. The muscle below my right clavicle is dipped in and causes a lot of pain trying to sit up properly. All the pressure on the neck caused a nymph node behind my right ear.
