Questions & Answers on "Emergency & Critical Care" (922)

I am 20 years old, female. I have been having high fever that comes and goes since 4 days with no other symptoms other than sharp headache and weakness. Fever goes up to 102.5. I took dolo650 only for fever

Female | 20

It sounds like you may be dealing with a viral infection that’s given you a high fever, headache, and weakness. Viruses can really knock you out. Keep in mind to drink lots of water and get some rest. Taking dolo650 for fever is good. If your fever doesn’t go down or if it becomes hard to breathe or you feel pain in your chest, then it’s time to see a doctor or go to the hospital.

Mu name is Rosette i am 26( female) i have a health issue that i never found a solution about. I have huge pain on the left rib side and it came by itself, i did all the exams, check up in different clinics in my country but all the result are Always negative. The pain come and go as it wishes and it's been 3 years. When it Comes back it's as if its something that IS growing because the pain become worse and now it's affecting the stomach too

Female | 26

You've expressed the pain caused by your right rib over the past few days that does not subside and increase over time. Like stomach ulcers and pancreatitis, sometimes painful radiations to the rib region can be caused by any pain disorder. This pain management approach, including heat pads or a class of pain reliever medications, might help. Remember that how you feel is important, and persistent pain must never be ignored. This is a chronic condition, and ongoing stress could be your big issue. Overcoming persistent pain is one of the goals of alternative healing practices, like yoga.

I am 29 year old male and i have headache problem and i am unhappy everytime

Male | 29

A variety of reasons might cause headaches, such as stress, lack of sleep, or insufficient water intake. In addition, being unhappy is another robust reason, such as when an individual is overwhelmed by things or just sad. It's really good to drink lots of water, use breathing techniques, and get enough sleep. Sometimes, counselling with someone who you confide in might be helpful as well.

I have pain in my right breast for almost 2 years.. It's not constant but occasional. It also pains my neck and shoulder sometimes.

Female | 27

These could be symptoms caused by a strained or tense muscle. Make sure to notice any activities which make the pain worse. Applying heat or gently massaging the area might help relieve the discomfort. If it doesn’t get better or gets worse, please see a doctor.

I can't sleep well I just sleep for 2 3 hours

Female | 17

You might be experiencing difficulty in sleeping. Sleeping only for 2-3 hours is not enough. Do you feel tired, irritable, or have difficulty concentrating during the day? It may be due to stress, caffeine, or electronic devices before going to bed. Try relaxation before bedtime, reducing caffeine intake, and creating a comfortable sleeping space.
