Intra Uterine Insemination Iui
I'm 37 and was trying to concieve for a long time. I heard about Dr. Mohit Saraogi and his expertise in IUI treatments. I decided to consult him at Saraogi Hospital. Dr. Mohit was very patient and understanding. He explained the IUI procedure clearly and prepared us for the journey. After a couple of attempts, I am thrilled to share that I am pregnant! It's an amazing feeling. Dr. Mohit's care and expertise made this possible. I would definitely suggest him to others who are looking for fertility treatments.

Gynecology
I had been suffering with PCOD for quite a few years. The hormonal imbalance was affecting my daily life significantly. I visited numerous doctors but didn’t find any substantial relief. That’s when I came across Dr. Mohit Saraogi. From the first appointment itself, I could sense a ray of hope. Dr. Saraogi patiently listened to my entire history, examined my reports, and explained the treatment plan in detail. Unlike other treatments, his approach was not forcefully but was tailored according to my body's response. Over the course of a few months, my symptoms started to diminish. I felt a lot more energetic and the irregular menstrual cycles were becoming regular. Dr. Saraogi's personalized attention and expert treatment have truly given me a new lease of life. I am immensely grateful and would highly recommend Dr. Saraogi to anyone dealing with PCOD.

I am a girl of 14 yrs i am having my periods fir 4th time and my periods are of 7days and the flow is heavy
Answered on 7th May '24
It's not a big deal if I lose lots of blood or if it lasts up to seven days. But there are times when I feel exhausted and get cramps, that’s because my body is adapting. I need to drink more water, eat enough food, and have some rest. Suppose this bleeding continues, then you should reach an adult whom you trust. They can take you to a gynecologist for further information.

I am a 36 year old female, I had a tubal ligation 9 years ago. My periods have come as per normal since than. However my period have not come for the last 3 months. Please advise if this due to my tubal ligation?
Answered on 7th May '24
It is unusual for a tubal ligation to directly result in a change of your menstrual cycle. Several things can cause missed periods including stress, hormonal imbalances, or pregnancy. Go see a gynecologist for a check-up so that they can tell you what has brought about these changes in your body.

I had my lmp on 8th april 2024 and did my first cycle of IUI on 23rd April. This morning spotted bleeding brownish in colour. What could be the reason for this or still I have chances for Pregnancy?
Answered on 7th May '24
The thing you have could be what’s termed implantation bleeding, which can occur when a fertilized egg attaches itself to your uterus lining. It is common during early pregnancy and might result in light brown spotting. This shows that your body is getting ready for pregnancy, so try not to worry too much about it. Monitor for any other signs such as cramps or heavy flow. You might want to talk with a gynecologist if there are any concerns on your part.

Hi I'm not feeling well, skipped my period for almost 2 months,I have so much body pains and fatigue can you help
Answered on 7th May '24
Missing your period for 2 months, body pains, and feeling tired could mean different things. It might be due to stress, changes in weight, or a hormone imbalance. Try to relax, eat well, and get enough sleep. If these symptoms continue, it's a good idea to talk with a gynecologist to check things out.

Hello there, this is sushmitha..im married 7 months ago...we are trying for a baby...i had hypo thyroid 2 months back it was cured but using 100mcg as now... this month i didnt get my period but getting white discharge, body pains, dizzy and feeling vomiting....is it a symptom of any infection or is it symptoms of pregnancy...im confused totally
Answered on 7th May '24
The troubles you are feeling such as white discharge, pain all over your body, feeling faint, lack of recent period and desire to throw up might mean that you have an infection or are pregnant. The signs of disease are similar to those of pregnancy, so don't be shocked if it turns out that way but also keep in mind this other possibility. Take a pregnancy test at home if not to clear your doubts. Getting more advice from a gynecologist can also help.

I had UTI will it cause infertility
Answered on 8th May '24
A UTI is a urinary tract infection. This condition does not usually impact fertility. Some signs of a UTI are burning when you pee, needing to pee often, and urine that looks cloudy or smells strong. UTIs mostly happen when bacteria enters the urinary tract. To treat a UTI, your doctor will give you antibiotics. Drinking lots of water can help flush out the infection. If you are worried about fertility, it is best to talk to a gynecologist.

Not having periods on time
Answered on 8th May '24
If your periods do not come on time, it might be due to stress, weight changes, hormone problems, or other health issues. If you miss periods, feel very tired, or have headaches or weight changes, it is wise to talk to a gynecologist. A doctor can help find the cause and get your periods back on track.
